Software Engineering is a contractual basis offer of the 121 Software Engineering specialty, which provides training for specialists in software design, development, design and testing. The curricula of the contractual basis offer are drawn up taking into account the experience of leading European and American universities, as well as the needs of IT companies and information and analytical departments of enterprises and organizations.

The purpose of the contractual basis offer is to prepare software engineering specialists for different subject areas.

Basic disciplines in information technology: “Object-oriented programming”, “Fundamentals of computer architecture and operating systems”, “Design and development of databases”, “Fundamentals of web development”, “Fundamentals of computer networks”, “CI/CD Cloud Computing”, “Fundamentals of Cybersecurity”, “Software Quality, Testing and Support”, “Software Architecture and Design”, “Software Modeling and Analysis”, “Fundamentals of Software Project Management”, “Python Programming”, “Python Frameworks”, “Fundamentals of Java programming”, “Java-based web applications”.
Basic disciplines in applied mathematics for software engineering: “Computer Mathematics”, “Fundamentals of Algorithm Theory”, “Mathematical Models and System Analysis”, “Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics”, “Practical Seminar on Mathematical Methods in Software Engineering”, “Decision-making Theory”.

After completing the bachelor’s degree, graduates work in the positions of Software Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers (Junior Developer, Junior QA).

Qualification: Bachelor of Software Engineering.
