Safety Briefings:
- initial – conducted at the beginning of the new academic year;
- during the first laboratory session of each discipline.
The briefings are conducted by instructors, and after the briefing, the student must sign the safety journal to confirm they have listened to the instructions and agree to follow all safety rules. The instructor also signs the journal to confirm the briefing has been conducted for the students.
During the briefings, the following topics are covered: safety rules for laboratory work, fire safety regulations, working with electrical equipment, evacuation routes from classrooms, laboratories, and other university premises, actions during an air raid alert, and the rules for providing first aid.
Notifications in the University during Air Raid Alerts are issued by the state civil defense authorities. Sirens and voice messages are activated.
In the event of an air raid alert, individuals must proceed to a shelter and remain there until a signal is given that the alert has ended.
