All participants in the educational process should be aware of the following

Article 24 of the Constitution of Ukraine establishes the equality of all citizens before the law and guarantees equal rights, including the provision that:

“There shall be no privileges or restrictions based on race, skin color, political, religious or other beliefs, sex, ethnic or social origin, property status, place of residence, language, or other characteristics.”

Articles 28, 31, and 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine guarantee the protection of human dignity, the confidentiality of correspondence, telephone conversations, and other communications, as well as non-interference in the personal life of individuals.

These guarantees prohibit the collection, storage, use, and dissemination of confidential personal information without an individual’s consent, except in cases provided by law and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being, or the rights of others.

According to the provisions of the Laws of Ukraine “On Education” and “On Ensuring the Functioning of the Ukrainian Language as the State Language,” participants in the educational process are required to use the state language exclusively.

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Higher Education,” participants in the educational process must observe moral and ethical norms in their interactions, refrain from using obscene language, and treat others with respect during the learning process
