Scientific Activities

  1. The Department of Electrical Devises is a co-organizer of the International Symposium SIEMA, held annually since 1998 with the participation of foreign scientists.
  2. In 2002, the Department of Electrical Devises launched the scientific and practical journal Electrical Engineering & Electromechanics. The editorial board includes leading scientists from both near and far abroad. The journal is indexed in global scientometric databases (SciVerse-Scopus™, Web of Science™ Core Collection, RSCI).Responsible Secretary: PhD in Engineering, Associate Professor of the Department of Electrical Devises, NTU “KhPI” — GRECHKO Oleksandr Mykhailovych.Detailed information about the journal Electrical Engineering & Electromechanics can be obtained at the link.
  3. As part of international scientific cooperation: participation in the research grant program funded by the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, Germany (Alexander von Humboldt Stiftung, Deutschland), with the support of the Institute of Electrotechnology, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz University Hannover, Germany (Institut für Elektroprozesstechnik, Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover, Deutschland).
  4. Faculty members of the department publish scientific articles in English in leading international scientific journals, including:
