Official language of the PAEP 2020 is English. It will be used for all printed materials, presentations and discussions. Submissions must present original work that has not been previously published, and is not under review elsewhere.

The submission and review of papers for MEES 2019 will be managed through an online conference paper management system called Microsoft Academic Conference Management System. This system gives you, the author, complete control over your submission.

Prospective authors are requested to submit full paper proposals (4-6 full pages) prepared according to IEEE double column conference proceedings format (use Microsoft Word 2003 template).

Submissions must present original ideas, must not have been published elsewhere (conference or journal) during the review period. Each author is allowed to submit and present not more than 3 papers. All submitted papers will be blind reviewed by at least two independent reviewers.

Each accepted paper must be presented at the conference by one of the authors. Accepted and presented papers will be published in Conference Proceedings and intended for international publication through IEEE Xplore. Papers not presented will not be published.
