Results of the conference “Functional basis of nanoelectronics”
From September 20 to 24, 2021, representatives of NTU “KhPI” took part in the XII International scientific conference “Functional basis of nanoelectronics” in Odessa. National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” is also a co-organizer of the conference.
Representatives of the Departments of Physical Materials Science for Electronics and Helioelectronics and the Departments of Natural Sciences of NTU KhPI together with representatives of universities and scientific institutes of Ukraine, Germany, Canada and Azerbaijan made reports.
Scientists representing the team of NTU “KhPI” joined the current areas of this important topic for the development of various applications of nanomaterials, namely nanoparticles of different nature to study the possibility of expanding the functional applications of new structures as a basis for sensors and devices.
The participants of the conference decided to expand the directions of the conference and hold the XIII conference “Functional basis of nanoelectronics” in September 2022.
