Outstanding Graduates

Volodymyr ZOLOTAROV – graduate of 1998. Director General of PJSC “PIVDENKABEL Plant”. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Academician of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Honored Machine Builder of Ukraine, Deputy of Kharkiv City Council. He has been awarded state honors – Orders “For Merit” of I, II and III degrees, Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Certificate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for outstanding service to the Ukrainian people. Honorary Citizen of Kharkiv. Business Person of Ukraine in 1999 in the nomination “Industrial Production”, laureate of the international rating “Golden Fortune”. He was awarded by the Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration with the Honorary distinction “Slobidska Glory” and by the Kharkiv Mayor with the distinction “For Diligence”, the Silver Medal of the II degree, and the medal “For Effective Management”. He has repeatedly won the All-Ukrainian competition “Best Employer of the Year”.

Yurii ANTONETS – graduate of 1982. Technical Director of PJSC “PIVDENKABEL Plant”. Candidate of Technical Sciences, laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology, Corresponding Member of the Engineering Academy of Ukraine. He has been awarded the Certificate of Honor from the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine and the Certificate of Appreciation from the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Viktor IVANNIKOV – graduate of 1978. Director General of PrJSC “PO “Berdyansk Cable Plant”. Since 1978, he worked as an engineer at the power cables workshop of “Azovcable” (Berdyansk), deputy head of the drawing workshop, workshop manager, deputy director general for production, and first deputy director general. Since 2002, he has been the Director General of PrJSC “PO “Berdyansk Cable Plant”.

 


Vasyl KARPUSHENKO – graduate of 1970. Advisor to the Director General on Scientific and Technical Development of PJSC “Pivdenkabel Plant”. He advanced from process engineer to Technical Director (1987-2009), and since 2009 has served as Advisor to the Director General on Scientific and Technical Development of PJSC “Pivdenkabel Plant”. Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Scientific and Technical Society of Power Engineers and Electrical Engineers, member of the Central Board of NTSEU, Candidate of Technical Sciences, Honored Machine Builder of Ukraine, Laureate of the State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology.

Borys NABOKA – graduate of 1973. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Electrical Insulation and Cable Engineering at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, founder of the scientific school of electrical insulation and diagnostics. He was the first in Ukraine to initiate monitoring of cable aging at nuclear power plants. His scientific conclusions regarding the assessment of the technical condition of NPP cables have been taken into account by the IAEA. Under the supervision of Professor Naboka B.H., 1 doctoral dissertation was defended (scientific consultant Bezprozvannykh H.V.) and five candidate dissertations (scientific supervisor of Bezprozvannykh H.V., Hladchenko V.Ya., Chan Ki Fuk, Albdeshti, Fediai H.S.)

Hanna BEZPROZVANNYKH – graduate of 1980. Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of Electrical Insulation and Cable Engineering at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. Founder of the scientific school for research on electrostatic processes in cables with polymer insulation; aging processes of heterogeneous solid composite insulation using modern monitoring systems; and development of innovative cable fiber optic systems for the power industry. Author of over 400 scientific publications, member of the National Electrotechnical Committee of Ukraine and Deputy Chair of TC 131 “Electrical Insulation and Cable Engineering”. She has been recognized with honorary certificates from the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine (2011) and NTU “KhPI” (2010, 2012, 2015, 2020), and received a commendation from the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine (2020).

Volodymyr ZOLOTAROV – graduate of 2005. Executive Director of PJSC “PIVDENKABEL Plant”. Since 2005, he has worked as a shift supervisor, technologist, workshop manager, and director of foreign economic relations. For one of his scientific works, “Development and Implementation of Self-supporting Insulated High-voltage Protected Wires for Power Lines up to 132 kV,” he was awarded the President of Ukraine Prize as a young scientist. In 2012, he defended his dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences.

TRAN KY PHUC – graduate of 1990. Director General of the Institute of Energy (Socialist Republic of Vietnam). In 1993, he defended his PhD dissertation on “Amplitude-Phase Spectra of Partial Discharge Pulses in High-Voltage Solid Insulation”. His scientific supervisor was Professor Naboka Borys Hryhorovych. In 1996, at NTU “KhPI”, he defended his doctoral dissertation on “Methods of Non-destructive Testing of Dielectric Materials and Products by Partial Discharge Parameters (Theory and Development)” in specialty 05.09.13 “Instruments and Methods for Control and Protection of Environment, Substances, Materials and Products”.

Marharyta HRYNYSHYNA – graduate of 2000. Technical Director of “INTERKABEL KYIV” plant Since 2000, she worked as a process engineer at the “Ukrelektrokabel” plant. From 2003 – specialist in standardization and certification at LLC “Interkabel Kyiv”. From 2005 to 2016 – Deputy Director General for Quality Management, and since 2016 – Technical Director of the “INTERKABEL KYIV” plant.

Ivan KOSTIUKOV – graduate of 2011. Head of the Department of Theoretical Foundations of Electrical Engineering at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty “Instruments and Methods of Control and Determination of Substance Composition”. Scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as a young scientist (2023). Specialist in the field of digital signal processing and diagnostic methods for the technical condition of electrical insulation.

Danylo OSIN – 2023 graduate. Production Director of Zaporizhzhia Non-Ferrous Metals Plant. Since 2016 – cable and wire press operator. Since 2018 – substitute foreman of the cable and wire production department. In 2021, he was appointed senior foreman of the telecommunications cable production department, where he actively participated in the modernization of production processes and the launch of a new direction for the enterprise. In 2022, he became deputy head of the production and technical management department. Since 2023 – Production Director, responsible for the strategic development of production facilities, implementation of innovative solutions, and product quality improvement.
