Dual education is a combination of theoretical training (higher education institutions) and practical training (directly at enterprises). That is, practical classes take place at enterprises. The purpose of dual education is to obtain skills, abilities and knowledge characteristic of an experienced specialist already at the stage of higher education.
It is especially important to introduce dual education for technical specialties due to the need to adapt to future work tasks, acquaint students with the peculiarities of work in the specialty and conscious choice of future workplace.
The Technology of Fats and Fermentation Products Department has an extensive base of practices. Interest in young specialists in the food industry of Ukraine and the world is high today. Therefore, we believe that the introduction of dual education will have a positive impact on the level of education of our students and guaranteed to provide them with jobs.
