Open days

Open days are the easiest way to learn more about the university, its departments, majors, and educational programs. Here you can chat with professors, listen to mini-lectures about the most interesting things, and see a number of spectacular scientific experiments with your own eyes.

NTU “KhPI” regularly holds Open Days, where every applicant can get absolutely free of charge!

Open Days are a chance to get a taste of student life today.

As part of each such event, you can:

talk to teachers and students;
ask about future studies and disciplines;
ask the management questions that interest you;
learn about where and how internships are held;
explore employment prospects;
walk around the university;
visit departments with a tour.

Where is the NTU "KhPI" Open Day held?

Under martial law, Open Days are held online via live streaming on all popular platforms (YouTube, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Participants can not only listen, but also ask questions that interest them in the online chat

Until 2022, public lectures, presentations of institutes and departments, as well as speeches by the university leadership were held as part of the exposition part of the Open Day at the address:
50a Alchevskikh St., “Polytech” Sports Complex (located in Molodizhny Park, access to Yaroslav Mudryi metro station)

Meetings with teachers and heads of academic departments, excursions around the university and laboratories, and demonstrations of interesting scientific experiments are held at
2 Kyrpychova St., NTU “KhPI” campus
(travel to “n.a. Yaroslav Mudry” or “n.a. Akademik Beketov” metro stations)
