He was born in 1975 in the city of Dnipropetrovsk. After graduating from the mathematics class of 96 Dnipropetrovsk secondary school in 1992, he entered the Dnipropetrovsk Metallurgical Institute (DMetI) at the Metal Forming Department named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev. During his study he was elected a scholarship holder of the Scholarship named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev (1995) and a Scholarship of the Academic Council of the Academy (1996), and was also chosen the best in the speciality “Best Blacksmith” (1995).
After graduation with honors in 1997 of the State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (since 1994 it became known as DMetI) entered postgraduate course at the Metal Forming Department named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev. After graduation from postgraduate course in 2000, he was hired by the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (since 1999 it became known as the State Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine) as an assistant at the Metal Forming Department named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev.
In 2002 he defended his thesis on “Development and implementation of resource-saving technology for the manufacture of rolling rings with the final forging piercing” in the speciality “Processes and machines for metal forming”. In the same year he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Engineering Sciences and was transferred to the position of associate professor of Metal forming Department named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev of the National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine (NMetAU).
During 2004-2005 he was the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Materials Science and Metal Forming of NMetAU. Also during 2001-2006 he was the chairman of the Council of Young Scientists of the Faculty of Materials Science and Metal Forming of NMetAU. In 2005 he received the academic title of associate professor of the Metal Forming Department and was elected a scholarship holder of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Scholarship for Young Scientists. In 2013-2018 he is the head of the section of monitoring the education quality of the Council for Ensuring the Quality of Educational Activities of NMetAU. During 2006-2007 he was the head of the Department of Metal Forming by the State Institute of Training and Retraining of Industrial Personnel (Dnipropetrovsk).
In 2014 he received a Diploma of the Chairman of the District Administration of Dnipropetrovsk, and in 2017 he received a Diploma of the Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council.
In 2017, he defended his doctoral thesis on “Development of scientific bases with a rational combination of upsetting and broaching of products of predictable quality from steels and titanium alloys” in the speciality “Processes and machines for metal forming”. In the same year he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Engineering Sciences and was transferred to the Professor position of the Metal Forming Department named after Academician O.P. Chekmarev of NMetAU.
In 2018 he became the head of the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies of National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, as well as a member of the Academic Council of the Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. Since 2022 he is a member of the Specialized Academic Council Д64.050.12 at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
The basis of Chukhlib’s scientific interests is the theory and technology of forging and forming production, specifically the definition of a set of rational parameters of the forging process with a combination of upsetting and broaching operations and variation of the deformation direction by theoretical and experimental study of metal deformation with initial non-uniformity of properties which makes it possible to obtain products from carbon steels, special and titanium alloys with the desired properties and savings in material costs. For the conditions of PJSC “Electrometallurgical Plant” Dniprospetsstal”, PJSC” Odessa Machine-Building Plant”, PJSC” NGO DNIPROPRESS” and LLC “DNIPROPRESS STEEL”, as well as PJSC “Novokramatorsk Machine-Building Plant” Chukhlib V.L. developed rational temperature and deformation modes of forging of carbon steels, special and titanium alloys, and when forging forging pieces and its influence on the geometric parameters of forging pieces depending on the shape of the workpiece and process factors with reduced forging coefficients to improve the mechanical properties of products. Technological processes of forging were designed at these enterprises, which allowed to reduce by 20-25% the rejection of metal during forging and reduce by 30-35% the cost of peeling forgings and improve the quality of the obtained forging pieces.
During 2005-2008 Chukhlib V.L. was a scientific consultant of PJSC “Dniprotyazhmash”, and in 2013-2015 he was a scientific consultant of PJSC “NGO Dnipropress” and during 2015-2020 he was a scientific consultant for blacksmith production of OJSC “DNIPROPRESS STEEL”.
During the pedagogical activity Chukhlib V.L. taught and teaches the following lecture courses: “Theory of plastic flow of solids”, “Theory of metal forming”, “Theory of forging and forming production”, “Technology of forging and forming production”, “Resource saving in the processing of metal forming”, “Defects and quality control of metal products”, “Processing of metal forming”, “Fundamentals of technical creativity “, etc. As of 2024 Chukhlib V.L. is the author of more than 110 scientific and methodical works published in domestic and foreign scientific editions, as well as 1 textbook stamped by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and 4 patents.

He was born in 1983 in Valky, Kharkiv region. In 2006 he graduated with honors from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and received the qualification of mechanical engineer-researcher.
In 2013 he defended his thesis. In 2015 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
During 2009-2018 he worked at the Lifting and Transporting Machines and Equipment Department as an assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor. Since 2018 he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
During 2018-2021 he has been the Deputy Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
Since 2018 he has been the Scientific Secretary of the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
He has practical experience: design engineer at PTM PJSC “PKTI” Ukrkranenergo” (Kharkiv), head of the laboratory of examination and technical diagnostics at LLC “Pidomservice” (Kharkiv).
He has published more than 50 scientific papers. He is an author of 3 inventions.

Okun Anton Oleksandrovych, Associate Professor, Candidate of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor
He was born in 1985 in Kharkiv. In 2007 he graduated with honors from Kharkiv National University named after V.N. Karazin and received engineer qualification.
In 2007–2008 he was a hydrogeologist-technician of the UkrNDI of environmental problems (Kharkiv), and in 2008–2009 he was a researcher at the UDNDI UkrVODGEO (Kharkiv). In 2009 he transferred to the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” to the Lifting and Transporting Machines and Equipment Department, where he worked as an assistant and a senior lecturer.
In 2018 he defended his thesis on “Improving the control of the crane trolley movement with the factor of positioning and time cycle”.
Since 2019, Okun A.O. has been working as an associate professor at the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Mechanical Engineering and Transport of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
In 2020, he received the academic title of associate professor.

Kasyanenko Ihor Viktorovych, Associate Professor of Department, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Materials Science
Born in 1992 in Kharkiv. In 2014, he graduated from the Ukrainian Engineering and Pedagogical Academy and received the qualification of mechanical engineer-researcher.
In 2023, he defended his thesis at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
During 2018-2024 worked at the “Welding” department as an engineer, assistant. Since 2024, he has been working as an associate professor at the Department of “Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies” of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
From 2023 to the present, he has been working as the Deputy Responsible Secretary of the Admissions Committee of the MIT Institute of Higher Education.

Kravtsova Iryna Oleksiivna, Senior Lecturer of Department
In 1995, she entered the Donetsk National Technical University majoring in “Engineering Materials Science in Mechanical Engineering” and in 1999 received a bachelor’s degree in Engineering Materials Science. In 2000, she received a specialist diploma in quality management at the Donetsk National Technical University, majoring in “Quality, standardization, certification”. Also during 2006-2008 studied at the KROK Business School for Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in “Project Management in Process-Oriented Organizations” and received a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
During 2004-2005 worked as deputy director for quality – “Olymp-Spriyannia” LLC (TM OLYMP, TM PRIME, TM Marseille, TM AQUA and others), Donetsk.
In 2005-2008 held the position of director of quality at “Company May Ukraine” LLC (TM “Mayskyi”, TM “Curtis” and others), Kyiv.
In 2017-2021 was the director of Internet marketing – a company of various profiles, LLC “Marabu-plast”, Internet store “MishKa”, Internet store Joy4Pet.
Since 2004, he has been the manager of projects on optimization of business processes, creation and certification of management systems (standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 21500, ISO 22001, BREEAM, LEED) – companies of various profiles (Ukratomenergobud LLC, LLC “ FABER International’, LLC Construction Project Management Company “HERTS”, LLC “Time&Space”, LLC “Fujikura”, LLC “SINEVO” and others).
In 2022-2023 was an invited expert of EU4Skills (a joint program of the EU and its member states Germany, Finland, Poland and Estonia to support the reform of vocational education in Ukraine).
Since 2023, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Pressure Processing Technologies. More than 25 scientific and scientific-methodological works have been published.

Tkachov Viacheslav Yuriyovych, Senior Lecturer of Department
He was born in 1995 in the village of Pisky-Radkivski, Boriv district, Kharkiv region. After graduating from the Pisco-Radkiv Secondary School with a mathematical direction, in 2013 he entered the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” at the Faculty of Transport Engineering.
In 2017, he graduated with honors from the first (bachelor) level of higher education, majoring in Mechanical Engineering. In 2019, he graduated with honors at the second (master’s) level of higher education (under the educational and scientific program) and received the professional qualification of “research engineer”.
During 2017 – 2018, he studied under the contract on dual education between NTU “KhPI” and JSC “KhTZ”. He was an assistant to the leading design engineer at JSC “KHTZ”.
In 2019-2023, he obtained the third level of higher education at the graduate school of NTU “KhPI” under the educational and scientific program “Industrial Mechanical Engineering”. The topic of the dissertation is “The influence of the design parameters of wheeled electric tractors on the formation of their traction and energy indicators.”
From 2018 to 2021, he worked in the group for the implementation of new developments (GVNR) at SE “Kharkiv Machine-Building Plant “FED”. He took a permanent part in preparation, analysis, conducting tests (experimental, preliminary, typical, bench), the main direction of work – the design of parts in the field of aviation and railway aggregate construction. He was thanked and awarded several times for the prompt and high-quality solution of technical issues.
Made his way from a design engineer without a category to a leading design engineer.
During 2018-2021, he was an active member of the Youth Council of SE “Kharkiv Machine-Building Plant “FED”. For persistence and perseverance in mastering his specialty, raising his professional level, and for active participation in public and trade union life in the collective of SE “KHMZ “FED” several he was awarded with an honorary diploma and a prize several times.
During 2021-2022, he worked at JSC “FED” in the department of the chief designer of special products (VHKS) as a design engineer of the 2nd category.
The main direction of work is the design of details in the field of aviation and space.
Since 2021, he is in the top 5% of freelancers on the international platform Upwork Inc., has the achievement of “Top Rated Plus”, which is awarded to Upwork talents who have experience working on large, high-budget and long-term contracts. Published more than 10 scientific works.

He was born in 1969 in Kharkiv. He graduated from Kharkiv Polytechnic University in 1994.
In 1994 he worked as a junior researcher at the Ukrainian State Research Institute of Metals (Kharkiv).
In 1995-1997 he studied at the graduate course of Kharkiv Polytechnic University.
Since 1998 he has been teaching at the Department of Computer Modeling and Integrated Forming Technologies of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”.
In 2000 he defended his thesis on “Development, research and implementation of technology for roll forming of bent profiles with cutting elements”.
In 2003 he was awarded the academic title of senior research associate. In 2010 he was awarded the academic title of associate professor.
He has published 30 articles on the technology of roll forming of profiles with cutting elements. He is an author of two inventions.
