Head of the Department Nina Ivanovna Nagaytseva, graduated in Philology from the Rostov-on-Don State University. In 1985 she successfully defended her dissertation on “Comparison of scientific and official language with regard to the topic-comment relation”. Dr. Nagaitseva is Candidate of Philological Sciences. In 1991 she was awarded the associate professor degree, and in 2004, the professor degree at NTU “KhPI”. Dr. Nagaitseva taught at the University of Madagascar (Democratic Republic of Madagascar) and gave lectures at the University of Vienna and the University of Klagenfurt (Austria). Dr. Nagaitseva has 140 publications which include a monograph, textbooks and training aids approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
Associate professor, Alina Leonidovna Khripunova, graduated in Primary Education from the H. S. Skovoroda Kharkiv National Pedagogical University. In 2009 she successfully defended her dissertation on “Forming of ecological competence of future specialists of engineers of civil defence”. Dr. Khripunova is Candidate of Pedagogic Sciences and is currently working on her thesis for the degree of Doctor of Sciences. Dr. Khripunova has 33 publications, among them there are publications in journals that are included in SCOPUS bibliographic database

Grade I engineer Tat’jana Vasil’evna Chernysh, graduated in Engineering and Physics from Kharkov Polytechnic Institute with a specialization in “Dynamics and Durability of Machinery” in 1989. In 2002, she graduated in Culturology from Kharkiv State Academy of Culture with the degree of a social education worker. She has 26 publications including the program “Principles of Law”” which is being recommended by the Research and Methodology Commission for the Training of Foreign Citizens at the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, one textbook and two training aids approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine
