Brief description of the project(inventions):
This development is designed to create a modern universal system for telemedicine diagnostics and monitoring of biomedical parameters of biological objects, which consists of the WS(workstation) of the doctor-consultant and universal mobile posts of the patient.

The information obtained by means of a set of sensors for monitoring biomedical parameters for various purposes is recorded in the device of the patient’s post and transmitted via the wireless communication channel to the doctor’s WS, where it is entered into the database for further analysis and prompt decision making.
The system uses modern methods of medical diagnostics and information processing of information, and allows to implement a full cycle of medical diagnostic services in geographically dispersed systems of medical support and decision-making.
Application area:
- in systems of regional medical complexes;
- in the structure of medical services such as “home doctor”;
- medicine of emergency situations (natural disasters, technogenic catastrophes and military actions).
Project status:
- the principles of building telemedicine complexes for various purposes are considered;
- the methods and methods of implementing various elements of the system of telemedicine diagnostics and monitoring of medical and biological parameters are explored.
Implementation period: 1 year
Expected results:
The system will allow remote monitoring of the patients’ condition and will provide telemedicine services.
It is expected to receive:
- a universal method of integrated remote monitoring of biomedical parameters of biological objects;
- software and hardware complex of the system of telemedicine diagnostics and monitoring of medical and biological parameters (advance design).
