Procedure for admission to a bachelor’s degree
1. Create your own electronic account of the INTRODUCTORY – this opportunity will be available from July 1 (where and how to create it will be known on the eve of July 1, we will inform you about it).
2. From July 29 to August 23, submit an application with 1 priority in your electronic account in the direction:
National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” → 142 specialty Energy Mechanical Engineering→ Competitive offer “Energy”. Attach the result of the NMT or ZNO and your motivation letter to the application.
3. Wait for the ranking list to be announced.
Publication of rating lists for the budget – no later than August 29.
4. Confirm your desire to study on a budget from August 29 to 6:00 p.m. on September 2. To do this, send copies of your certificate, an appendix to it, the results of the NMT or ZNO, passport, TIN and residence permit certified by an electronic signature to the email address of the admissions committee vstup.ieee@khpi.edu.ua (you can create an electronic signature in any department bank or in the application Diya.Signature.
5. Wait for the budget entry on September 9.
Procedures for admission to a bachelor’s degree on the basis of a junior specialist.
1. Make electronic copies of the college diploma, supplement to the diploma, passport, TIN, residence permit and 3×4 photo.
Certify these copies with a personal electronic digital signature.
Complete NMT successfully.
Wait for the opportunity to create an electronic cabinet from July 1 (where and how to create it will be known on the eve of July 1, we will inform you about it).
Submit an electronic application for the specialty 142 – Energy Engineering under the “Energy” educational program.
The procedure for admission to a master’s degree
1. Create your own electronic account of the INTRODUCTORY – this opportunity will be available from August 1 (where and how to create it will be known on the eve of August 1, we will inform you about it).
2. From August 16 to September 15, submit an application in your electronic account in the direction:
National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” → specialty 142 Energy mechanical engineering → Competitive proposal “Thermal and nuclear power plants and computer technologies of man-made energy security”
. Add your motivational letter to the application.
3. From August 17 to September 16, go through introductory training. Admission tests are conducted remotely with the webcam turned on. This is a must!
4. Wait for the ranking list to be announced.
Publication of rating lists for the budget – no later than September 20.
5. Confirm your desire to study on a budget by 6:00 p.m. on September 24. To do this, send copies of your bachelor’s diploma, its supplement, passport, TIN and residence permit certified by an electronic signature to the email address of the admissions committee vstup.ieee@khpi.edu.ua (you can create an electronic signature at any bank branch or in the application Sign. https://ca.diia.gov.ua) and the study contract (the admissions committee will contact you about it).
6. Wait for the budget entry on September 25. The enrollment period for the contract will be determined by the institution’s admission rules, but no later than November 30; transfer to vacant places – until October 10.
