International activity

The Department actively engages in various international activities aimed at fostering global collaboration, student mobility, and academic exchange. These activities create opportunities for students and faculty members to participate in a wide range of international programs, enhancing their academic and professional development. Some of the key aspects of the department’s international activity include:

1. International Partnerships and Agreements

The department has established strategic partnerships with universities and institutions across Europe and beyond. One such collaboration is with the Western University of Timișoara in Romania, with an agreement in place to extend cooperation until 2029. These partnerships allow for joint academic programs, research collaboration, and student exchanges.

2. ERASMUS+ Mobility Programs

The department provides students with opportunities to participate in the Erasmus+ mobility programs, which allow them to study, intern, or undertake research projects in partner institutions across Europe. Through Erasmus+, students gain exposure to different academic systems, cultures, and languages, thus broadening their international experience.

3. International Internships and Exchanges

The department also facilitates international internships for students. For example, Angelina Vadymivna Danilova, a student from the department, was selected to participate in the Erasmus+ KA1 program at the Bratislava University of Economics and Management in Slovakia. This program allowed her to enhance her language skills, gain academic insights, and experience a new cultural environment.

4. Collaborative Projects with International Organizations

The department is actively involved in international collaborative projects. For instance, between 2020 and 2022, the department implemented a project titled “DIGI-WOMEN, Digital Entrepreneurship Tools and Support for Women Entrepreneurs” under the Erasmus+ program. The project, in collaboration with the Institute of Entrepreneurship at the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria, focused on digital entrepreneurship tools and empowering women entrepreneurs.

5. International Research Collaboration

The department also takes part in international research initiatives, fostering collaboration with global researchers and institutions. These collaborations lead to the development of new knowledge and innovation in strategic management and related fields.

6. Faculty Exchange and Professional Development

Faculty members are encouraged to participate in international academic exchanges, conferences, and seminars. This allows them to stay updated with the latest trends in their fields, expand their professional network, and bring valuable insights back to the department.

In summary, the Department’s international activities create a dynamic and globally connected academic environment, helping students and faculty develop essential skills for their careers in an increasingly interconnected world.
