On November 17-19, 2023, the annual IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Philosophy in the Modern World” was held. The lecturers of the law department are responsible for organizing the work of the section “PHILOSOPHICAL PROBLEMS OF LAW AND THE STATE” and prepare reports. Current philosophical problems of modern society and the development of the philosophy of science and technology, legal and socio-cultural issues of the Ukrainian state, issues of spiritual and physical health of the nation are highlighted in the reports. Based on the results of the conference, a collection was published.
