Participation Requirements

To take part in the symposium, please send the following documents to the Organizing Committee at
siema@khpi.edu.ua by October 15, 2025 (inclusive):

  • Conference abstract (Formatting requirements and an example can be downloaded here: Abstract Formatting Guidelines – SIEMA’2025);
  • Charitable contribution to be transferred to the Symposium Fund.
    For public institutions and organizations — the contribution + VAT.
    The amount of the contribution is determined by the participants based on the conditions described below.
    Please inform the Organizing Committee by phone or email after completing the transfer.

Publication Opportunities

The results of the research can be published in the following scientific journals:

All Symposium Participants Will Receive:

  1. Certificate of participation indicating the total number of academic hours:
    12 hours (0.4 ECTS credits);

  2. Symposium program, which will be published on the symposium’s main page

  3. Electronic collection of symposium abstracts, which will also be available in the archive on the symposium website:
