Our third-year student Maksym Borodai (group E-522sa) took part in the student scientific and practical competition “Nuclear Energy and Industry”, organized by NAEK “Energoatom”.
His research project titled “Acoustic Systems for Heat Exchanger Cleaning” was recognized with an Encouragement Award.
The competition, held in this format for the first time, brought together 17 submissions from students of Ukraine’s leading technical universities — including Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Odesa Polytechnic State University, Vinnytsia National Technical University, National University of Water and Environmental Engineering, and Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute.
Twelve finalists advanced to the final stage, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and innovative approaches to solving current challenges in nuclear energy.
We sincerely congratulate Maksym Borodai and his academic supervisor, Professor Mykola Petrovych Kundenko, on representing our university with distinction at the national level!
