Welcome to the website of the Department of International Business and Finance at NTU “KhPI”!
The mission of our department is to create social and personal values, to develop professional competence of future experts with modern views, creative thinking, and leadership skills, who are capable of taking on challenges in the field of finance and international business, and whose skills and knowledge satisfy the needs of key stakeholders, employers and society, and make an input to the development of national economy under internationalization.
The following strategic objectives ensure implementation of the mission while training highly qualified and competitive specialists in finance and international business:
– ensuring high-quality education based on the integration of research, teaching and methodical approaches, application of innovative technologies and international experience to support the high educational ranking of NTU “KhPI”;
-improving competitiveness in the international academic world through efficient implementation of research outputs and their combination with education and production;
– development of partnership with domestic and foreign universities and implementation of joint education and research projects;
– providing the conditions for research and teaching capacity building of each department member, stimulation of efficient teamwork;
– close cooperation with the leading national and international businesses to enrich educational content, to multiply internship and international projects opportunities for our students.
