As of today, the department is developing the two themes of the state budgetary research MES of Ukraine.
Topic: “Development of models and information-analytical technologies for planning the quality improvement of the software development process”

Expected results: a new technology of creating a system of performance indicators and the quality of functioning of a complex system will allow moving from a verbal description of goals to specific indicators and will take into account various planning horizons. The advantage of this technology is systematic, taking into account the relationship of indicators, as well as the ability to use complex systems of various activities. The new technology will allow monitoring the current state of a complex system by estimating performance and quality indicators based on the integration of internal and external data sources, particularly with the Internet. The advantages are an integrated approach to assessing the current state of a complex system.

Theme: “Models and methods of research and design of complex systems”

Expected results: further development of aggregation of linear models of dispositive modeling, minimization of aggregation errors through the development of methods to minimize the difference between the left and right parts of the condition of adequate aggregation.
At the same time, special attention is paid to aggregation as a means of replacing a set of variables of the original model with one variable, which is defined as an aggregate. As a result of the work, generalized criteria will also be obtained that can be used in the procedures for solving vector optimization problems on a set of alternatives. The aim of the project is to increase the validity and efficiency of solutions in complex systems by further developing tools to study the structure of a complex system and its functioning.
