Hostel with improved conditions. The 9-storey building is equipped with 2 modern elevators. It is located near the metro station “Akademika Pavlova”.
All services, premises and living rooms have been completely renovated. Each living room has a bathroom with a toilet and shower, a common kitchen – 2 on each floor. There are sports rooms, rooms for classes and recreation. Video surveillance of the entrance to the hostel and on the floors has been installed.
Basic institutes/faculties for accommodation – Institute of Power Engineering, Electronics and Electromechanics.
Additional household services – there is a laundry.

Dormitory No. 12
Built in 1996, a 5-storey corridor-type dormitory. Located on the territory of the Aleksievsky complex.
Kitchens, toilets and washrooms – on each floor, showers – on the 1st floor. There are sports rooms, rooms for classes and recreation.
Basic institutes/faculties for accommodation – Institute of Economics, Management and International Business.
Additional household services – there is a laundry.

Dormitory No. 14
Built in 1968, a 5-story corridor-type dormitory. Kitchens, toilets and washrooms are on each floor, showers are on the 1st floor. There are sports rooms, study and recreation rooms.
