The goal of the educational program is to prepare specialists who possess modern economic thinking and competencies necessary for solving problems in the fields of business economics and personnel management based on the use of innovative approaches, information and communication technologies and economic and mathematical models.
The main advantage of the educational and professional program is the combination of competencies for professional activity in the fields of economics, business analytics and personnel management. These are universal specialists who combine a deep understanding of economic processes and leadership qualities, the ability to work with people and form an effective personnel development strategy. Graduates of this educational and professional program have fundamental training and practical skills for effective work in all economic and personnel management departments of enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership. This is the most common economic specialization in the labor market.
Specialists receive the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical skills intended for: performing economic and managerial functions, justifying and making managerial decisions, forming the human resources potential of the enterprise, developing the personnel management system and increasing the efficiency of the enterprise.

The educational and professional program “Business Economics and Personnel Management” offers training in the following selective blocks of profile training disciplines: “Business Economics” and “Personnel Management”.
Business Economics is a professional activity of specialists of a wide profile, which is associated with economic analysis and making optimal decisions in various areas of economic and managerial activity. The block of profile training “Business Economics” includes the disciplines “Fundamentals of Business”, “Cost Management”, “Capacity and Development of the Enterprise”, “Operations Management”, “Logistics”.
Personnel management is the activity of managers and specialists of an organization (enterprise, institution), which is aimed at the effective use of people (staff) to achieve goals, both organizational and individual (personal). The block of profile training “Personnel Management” includes the disciplines “Human Development Management”, “Labor Potential Management”, “Personnel Motivation”, “Personnel Assessment”, “Personnel Audit”.
In addition to the blocks of profile training, applicants have the opportunity to choose disciplines of different orientations (both profile training and the general university catalog of disciplines).
