Scientific collections of the departmentThe Department of Business Economics and International Economic Relations carries out annual active organizational and scientific activity. The purpose of which is to provide ample opportunities for the publication of scientific achievements of applicants of all levels of education, teachers of the department and all interested persons and to familiarize the general public with the results of research, popularization of scientific activity and integration of scientific achievements into the practical activities of enterprises and organizations.
The main areas of organizational and scientific activity of the department are:
1. Publication of scientific journals and bulletins:
1.1 Bulletin of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (economic sciences).
The collection presents the results of research and generalization of current trends in the domestic and world economic system, the state and prospects for the development of the economy of regions, enterprises and organizations; features of investment management, innovation, business, economic risks, marketing activities, legal support for enterprises, business planning, financial management, accounting and audit problems, social progress.
The collection is included in category “B” of the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in the field of economic sciences in specialties 051, 071, 072, 073, 075, 076, 242, 281, 292. The publication frequency is 4 issues per year.

1.2 journal “Energy conservation. Energy. Energy audit”. National professional scientific, production and information journal, which is included in category “B” of the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine in the field of economic (specialty 051) and technical (specialty 141) sciences. The journal was created with the aim of comprehensively supporting state policy in the field of energy conservation, and informing the general public about new scientific
research, current problems and ways of their implementation. The journal’s scientific articles reflect the research of scientists and specialists in the field of economics and energy aimed at increasing energy efficiency. Year of foundation: 2002. Periodicity of publication – 12 times a year.

1.3 electronic non-professional journal “E-conomics” for the publication of scientific achievements of students. The collection is intended for students, undergraduates, postgraduates and specialists who are interested in economic problems of various etymologies and allows the student scientific community to familiarize themselves with the results of research by students and young economists. The issue is formed within the framework of the annual international Internet conference of students and young scientists “Strategies for the innovative development of the economy of Ukraine: problems, prospects, effectiveness “Forward””.
