Visualization of the U-1 educational building

Developing a virtual software product is about creating a more realistic environment.

 

In order to speed up the development process, we decided to avoid the procedure of modeling the environment and main objects manually, and to use photometry technology. The selected algorithm, analyzing the received images, tracks stable similarities and forms a cluster of pixels, then combines them, and at the output reproduces a relatively accurate model of the object and fairly realistic textures.

 

The technology is implemented on the Unity engine when using the Stream VR plugin.
