As part of the “NTU ‘KhPI’ Open Days with Employers”, a themed event titled “Career Bridge: From Education to Production” was held, aimed at fostering dialogue between students and representatives of leading companies.
The event brought together specialists from various fields, including Maxym Svitlychnyi, Technical Director of AGNI Jewelry, Oleksandr Riabinin, a representative of Golden Tile Ceramic Group, and Nataliia Tsapko, First Deputy Director of the Research Institution “Ukrainian Research Institute of Ecological Problems.”
During the meeting, the speakers shared their professional experience, spoke about current employer expectations for young specialists, and outlined employment prospects for graduates of technical specialties.
Special attention was given to students’ practical training, internships, and career growth opportunities already during their studies. Participants had the chance to ask questions and receive valuable advice on building a successful career.
The event became an important step in strengthening cooperation between the university and business, contributing to the training of competitive specialists for the modern labor market.
