The Council of Young Scientists of NTU “KhPI” invites lecturers, researchers, students, and postgraduates to participate in the annual conference “Theoretical and Practical Research by Young Scientists”.

Participation by PhD students is strongly encouraged. Master’s students and graduates are also highly recommended to join. Even undergraduate students can be co-authors if needed. Oral presentations (plenary or sectional) are optional but welcome.

November 12, 2024 – Notification of acceptance from the Organizing Committee

November 14, 2024 – Finalization of the conference program

ORGANIZATION & SUBMISSION
-
Abstracts must be uploaded to the Microsoft CMT system by one of the co-authors (also counts as registration).

The conference is peer-reviewed: abstracts will be checked for relevance, plagiarism, and formatting. Peer-reviewed participation adds value during accreditation.

Abstracts require a short annotation (3–5 sentences, up to 2000 characters).

Languages: Ukrainian and English only.

Important: Only one lecturer per abstract is allowed, but any number of students or PhD students may be co-authors. A lecturer can submit multiple abstracts with different student groups.

(These blocks should not be separated in the text)

References to sources older than 10 years are discouraged

The organizing committee reserves the right to reject abstracts due to plagiarism or non-compliance, with notification sent to the corresponding author.
