On April 10, 2026, the international online conference “Multimedia and Digital Technologies in Foreign Language Acquisition” was held, organized by the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, and the University of West Bohemia (Czech Republic). The event brought together scholars and educators to discuss innovative approaches to foreign language teaching using digital technologies.
The conference featured presentations on the use of artificial intelligence in assessing speaking skills, the implementation of chatbots in language learning, and the development of methodological tools for academic staff. Particular attention was given to interdisciplinary research in the field of human–computer interaction.
The event became an important platform for knowledge exchange between Ukrainian and Czech colleagues, fostering international cooperation and opening new opportunities for joint research and educational initiatives.
