ENSURING RELIABLE OPERATION OF THREADED CONNECTIONS
Brief description of performed works
Regarding the problem of ensuring the reliable operation of threaded connections, the following tasks were solved:
- simulation of the stress-deformed state of threaded connections;
- continuous monitoring of tightening of threaded connections.
Modeling the stress-deformed state of threaded joints includes, firstly, the selection of the design of parts with uniform load distribution along the thread turns and, secondly, taking into account various load schemes, damping gaskets and stress concentrations.
Continuous monitoring of tightening of threaded joints is carried out using a developed device with an automatic warning about the reduction of its tightening value and the possibility of destruction.
