Associate Professor Maizelis A.O. participated in the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meeting, Lindau, Germany

Associate Professor of the Department of Technical Electrical Chemistry of NTU “KhPI” Mayzelis A.O. took part in a very unexpected conference – the 74th Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings, which was dedicated to chemistry. The festival welcomed more than 850 people, including 606 young students, representing 85 nationalities and 55 countries, nearly 30 Nobel Prize laureates, as well as numerous distinguished guests.

Present, for example, were electrochemists Sir Michael Stanley Whittingham and Akira Yoshino (吉野彰), who won the Nobel Prize for chemistry 2019 promotion of development of lithium-ion batteries. The important focuses of the sustrika were steel development, environmental problems and the stagnation of individual intelligence in chemistry, in which electrochemical technologies were repeatedly recognized as pure and one of the most important at maybutnyomu.
