On April 3, 2026, an online career guidance meeting of students of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 139 with representatives of the Department of Electrical Insulation and Cable Technology took place. During the meeting, students learned about modern engineering specialties, features of training, as well as areas related to electrical insulation materials, cable and fiber optic technology. The Department of Electrical Insulation and Cable Technology has been training specialists for the energy and electrical engineering industries for many years, combining the training of engineers in the field of electrical insulation materials and cable technologies. It was especially pleasant to see the activity and interest of girls in engineering professions. The participants actively asked questions about training, practical projects and future career opportunities.
This once again confirms that engineering specialties are becoming increasingly attractive to young people, regardless of gender. Such career guidance meetings help students better understand the world of modern engineering and make a conscious choice of their future profession.
