Professor A.B. Olkhovska of the Department of General Pharmacy, as a healthcare professional, completed
a mandatory continuing professional development activity and participated in the master class “Effective
Communication and Professional Development for Pharmacists.” During the thematic training, she familiarized herself with
modern approaches to professional development and interprofessional collaboration in the field of pharmacy. As part of
the event, tests were administered to reinforce knowledge in key areas of study.
The master class was an important step in developing professional competencies and communication skills,
contributing to the improvement of the quality of pharmaceutical care and patient-centered practice.
