Educational and Research Institute of Pharmacy

The Educational and Research Institute of Pharmacy, a structural unit of the National Technical University
“Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, operates in the educational services sector as a modern
educational and research center for the training of specialists in pharmaceutical, biomedical and chemical fields.
The establishment of the Institute was a response to the growing needs of the healthcare system for highly qualified
professionals capable of working in the context of the dynamic development of pharmaceutical science, biotechnology and clinical practice.

The mission of the Educational and Research Institute of Pharmacy is to provide education and training for highly qualified and
competitive professionals based on a competency-based approach and taking into account the requirements of stakeholders
in national and international markets. Graduates are expected to provide high-quality, safe and innovative pharmaceutical
and medical care, conduct scientific research, and respond effectively to current challenges facing the healthcare system.
The Institute focuses its activities on integrating education, science and professional practice while adhering to the principles
of academic integrity, interdisciplinarity and social responsibility.

The Institute aims to become a nationally recognized center of higher pharmaceutical education and research of European standards,
training leaders of the professional community, developing innovative educational programs and advanced pharmaceutical,
biomedical and biotechnological research, and actively integrating into the international scientific and educational community,
thereby contributing to the sustainable development of Ukraine’s healthcare system.
