Scientific activity:
In candidate’s dissertation solved the problem of increasing reliability, improving and simplifying the process of choosing the best option for hydropneumatic units of metal-cutting equipment at the design stage by synthesizing circuits taking into account quantitative indicators of reliability and the distribution of normalized indicators of reliability. As a result of the research, algorithms have been developed for the distribution of standardized reliability indicators for hydropneumatic units, implemented by different methods: a standard positional structure and a minimization method, which makes it possible to solve the problem of optimal distribution of requirements for the reliability levels of hydropneumatic units and their elements at the design stage. As a result of calculating the reliability indicators, it was determined that the assessment of the reliability of hydraulic pneumatic units at the design stage makes it possible to make a rational choice of the design scheme and parameters, select the appropriate materials and elements of hydraulic units.
