On February 13, 2026, representatives of the Computer Modeling and Integrated Technologies (KMIT) Department held a career guidance meeting with students and the teaching staff of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 150 of the Kharkiv City Council.
The main focus of the discussion was the transformation of modern industry and the emergence of new interdisciplinary professions. The lecturers demonstrated how contemporary engineering combines classical technical knowledge with advanced digital tools. Central topics included methods of computer modeling of complex objects, the creation of digital twins in mechanical engineering, and the use of artificial intelligence algorithms to optimize real-world production processes. The students learned how innovative products are created using modern design technologies – from a conceptual idea to an intelligent control system.

Special attention was given to explaining the conditions of the 2026 admission campaign. Prospective applicants were informed about the specifics of the National Multi-Subject Test (NMT), application deadlines, and the benefits of studying at the KMIT Department, where students have the opportunity to master additive technologies and integrated design systems. The meeting helped the students better understand career prospects in engineering and the role of modern technologies in the reconstruction and development of the national economy.
