Choosing the educational program “Project Management in Information Technology” was a conscious and well-grounded decision for me, as I have been working as a project manager for a long time.
During my studies, I discovered a lot of new material and modern tools that I had no previous experience with, such as Microsoft Project and Safe. I particularly enjoyed studying and applying the approaches and methods of business analysis, calculating economic indicators, creating use case diagrams, and systematizing knowledge about agile project management methodologies.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the instructors for sharing their expertise, supporting us despite the intensified curriculum during the wartime conditions in Ukraine, and the frequent power outages, as well as to my purposeful and experienced classmates from the part-time department. It is always very interesting to learn among like-minded people.
