Head of Department at NTU “KhPI” Maryna Hrinchenko Participated in the “Tech Unity: Clusters Forum”

Maryna Hrinchenko, Professor and Head of the Department of Project Management in Information Technologies at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”), participated in the first national non-profit technology forum-conference “Tech Unity: Clusters Forum”.

The event brought together nearly three thousand representatives of business, higher education institutions, the public sector, and technology communities from Ukraine and the European Union. The forum program included panel discussions and thematic sessions focused on the development of the technology sector, the economy, the talent market, digital education, investment, international cooperation, as well as defense technologies and startups.

Participation in the forum enabled discussion of key directions for the development of Ukraine’s technology ecosystem, including the role of universities and regional clusters, as well as the growing demand for IT specialists. As a result of the event, prospects for further cooperation in the areas of specialist training, development of modern IT courses, and implementation of innovative projects were outlined.

Other representatives of NTU “KhPI” included: Oleksii Larin, Professor and Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Computer Modeling, Applied Physics and Mathematics; Tetiana Aleksandrova, Professor and Head of the Department of System Analysis and Information-Analytical Technologies; Oleksii Vodka, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Mathematical Modeling and Intelligent Computing in Engineering; Oksana Tatarinova, Associate Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Modeling of Processes and Systems; Maksym Malko, Professor of the Department of System Analysis and Information-Analytical Technologies; and Olena Prokhorenko, Professor of the Department of Management.

The forum was organized by Kharkiv IT Cluster in cooperation with Ukrainian IT clusters and technology communities, with the support of relevant governmental and industry organizations.
