The Department of Project Management in Information Technologies of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Computer Science and Information Technologies at NTU “KhPI” is beginning its participation in joint activities within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the university, the Department for Veterans’ Affairs of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, and the Veterans’ Hub “Plich-o-Plich”.
Coordination of the implementation of the agreements on behalf of the university is carried out by the Head of the Department of Project Management in Information Technologies, Professor Maryna Hrynchenko. The department is involved in the planning and implementation of educational, project-based, and career guidance activities aimed at the professional adaptation of veterans, military personnel, and members of their families.
The cooperation предусматриes the development and delivery of training courses and professional development programs, the use of dual education tools, and the organization of practical and project-based training. The solutions and practical cases developed through this collaboration are planned to be integrated into the department’s educational process for training higher education students in IT-related fields, particularly in teaching disciplines related to project management and digital technologies.
The involvement of the department in the implementation of the agreement creates additional opportunities to update the content of academic disciplines, strengthen the applied component of education, and develop students’ practical competencies in working with socially significant projects. The cooperation will also promote the participation of faculty members and students of the department in real initiatives focused on supporting veterans and facilitating their integration into civilian life.
