The National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” (NTU “KhPI”) annually holds a competition for the best graduation qualification theses of students pursuing the second (Master’s) level of higher education. According to the results of this year’s competition, students of the Department of Project Management in Information Technology demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and won prize places.
First Place was awarded to Vladyslav Yuriiovych Moisieiev for his master’s thesis:
“Development and Evaluation of the Effectiveness of an Asynchronous Recruitment Video Interview System Using Project Management Processes.”
Academic supervisor: Anton Oleksandrovych Lysenko, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Project Management in Information Technology.
Third Place was awarded to Sofiia Oleksiivna Horokhova for her master’s thesis:
“Development of an Intelligent Telegram Channel Recommendation System for University Advertising Strategies and the Application of Project Management Processes.”
Academic supervisor: Olena Volodymyrivna Lobach, Associate Professor of the Department of Project Management in Information Technology.
The competition for qualification theses serves as an important platform for developing students’ research competencies, strengthening project-oriented thinking, and promoting modern approaches to project and program management. Participation in such competitions contributes to the professional development of young specialists, fosters academic culture, and enhances the quality of research activities.
