2024 – present. Associate Professor of the Department of Law at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, part-time – deputy director for scientific work of the educational and scientific institute of social and humanitarian technologies (2015-2024).
2022 – present time – part-time professor of the Department of Labor and Social Law of the University named after A. Mickiewicz in Poznan, Poland;
2010-2015 – senior lecturer of the Department of Law. Since 2015 – associate professor of the law department, deputy director for scientific work of the educational and scientific institute of social and humanitarian technologies of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”;
2000-2010 – chief specialist, legal adviser, head of the personnel work and civil service department of the Regional Center for calculation and implementation of social benefits;
1989-2000 – Secretary of the Komsomol Committee of the Kharkiv Pedagogical College; foreign economic activity representative of the “Practice” Center of NTTM; consultant on issues of trade, social sphere;
1986 – 1989. Theater genre methodologist of the Kharkiv scientific and methodical center of folk creativity and cultural and educational work;
1982 – 1986 – concertmaster at the Palace of Culture of the Kharkiv Electromechanical Plant (KHEMZ).
