On December 2, 2025, a career orientation event of the Law Department was held with the participation of eleventh-graders of the I. L. Oliynyk Reshetyliv Lyceum on the topic of “Interactive Solving of Legal Cases”. The aforementioned meeting was held according to a joint plan of the said lyceum and NTU “KhPI” within the framework of the school week “Knowledge of Laws is the Basis of Freedom”. The event had the format of a 40-minute lesson, which was conducted by Associate Professor of the Law Department O.V. Kuzmenko. The event took place in a kind of hybrid format: schoolchildren, with the participation of a history and law teacher, worked offline, and the law department teacher worked online, live from the screen. During interesting and productive joint work, real and simulated life situations were analyzed that were related to various branches of law – constitutional, civil, labor, administrative, family and criminal. Students learned to apply the provisions of current domestic legislation, formulated the rights of the child, asked questions, and supplemented O. V. Kuzmenko’s information with their own examples and arguments.
