Valeriia Pyliuk, a student of the Heat Engineering and Energy-Efficient Technologies Department (group E-M524a), has won the district stage of the city competition “Young Person of the Year 2025” in the category “Higher Education Students.”
The competition is held annually by the Kharkiv City Council to support talented youth and acknowledge their achievements in academics, research, community service, sports, and culture.
Valeriia combines excellent academic performance with active participation in the university’s sports life. She is a prizewinner of national armwrestling championships and consistently demonstrates strong academic results.
