Meeting of the Student Scientific Club

On May 30, 2025, a regular meeting of the student scientific club “Thermal Power Engineering and Energy Efficiency” was held, dedicated to the topic “Energy Carrier Production: Modern Approaches and Prospects.”
The event brought together active students and faculty members of the Department of Heat Engineering and Energy-Efficient Technologies. The meeting was coordinated by Associate Professor O. R. Peresyolkov, with additional contributions from Associate Professors O. M. Tarasenko and O. V. Kruhliakova.
Students explored the efficiency of traditional and renewable energy sources, prospects for biogeneration, synthetic fuels, and the introduction of innovative technologies in the thermal power sector. Presentations were accompanied by practical examples and professional discussions.
Such meetings serve as an important platform for developing the professional competencies of future thermal power engineers, fostering scientific thinking, and engaging students with the real challenges of the industry.
