Visit of Department Representatives to Wrocław University of Science and Technology

The heads of the Departments of Thermal Engineering and Energy-Efficient Technologies and Refrigeration, Cryogenic and Climate Engineering, Professors M.P. Kundenko and V.V. Starikov, paid a working visit to the Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
The purpose of the visit was to establish and develop academic cooperation between related departments in the fields of thermal engineering, refrigeration engineering, energy-efficient technologies, and engineering education.
As part of the visit program, working meetings were held with the management and academic staff of the host department. During the discussions, the parties considered prospects for the development of joint educational and research projects, opportunities for academic mobility of faculty members and students, as well as participation in international educational and research programmes.
An important outcome of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation, which lays the foundation for long-term partnership in the fields of education, research, and innovation. The document provides for the development of joint scientific research, exchange of experience in engineering education, organization of scientific seminars and conferences, and further expansion of academic cooperation between the universities.
During their stay at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the representatives of the departments also familiarized themselves with the organization of the educational process, the modern research and technical infrastructure of the university, and the operation of teaching and research laboratories.
The department expresses its sincere gratitude to the Head of the Department of Thermal Engineering, Professor Bartosz Zajączkowski, and to the colleagues at Wrocław University of Science and Technology for the warm welcome, the excellent organization of the visit, and their openness to further cooperation.
The experience gained and the professional contacts established during the visit provide a solid foundation for the implementation of joint educational and research initiatives in the future.
