Meeting of employers with future graduates

The meeting of employers with future graduates of the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances was an important event for students and industry representatives. The event was attended by representatives of Kharkiv’s sub-enterprises, including pharmaceutical companies Zdorovye and Lekhim-Kharkiv, and the State Research and Design Institute of Basic Chemistry.

The event was a constructive interaction between future professionals and companies actively looking for new talent for their teams. The employers had the opportunity to present their companies, talk about the requirements for candidates, development prospects in the field of inorganic chemical technology and the specifics of working at modern enterprises. The participants of the meeting learnt about the latest achievements in the chemical industry, in particular in the areas of inorganic fertiliser production, environmental technologies and energy saving. The students, in turn, received invaluable advice on career development and were able to share their professional achievements and projects.

An important point was the discussion of the possibility of internships and employment after graduation. At this stage, many students were already interested in specific companies and received invitations for interviews. The meeting also helped to establish contacts between the academic community and business, which will facilitate further cooperation, implementation of joint projects and practical training programmes for students. The employers noted the high level of training of students of the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances, which confirms the importance of the curriculum and professional training of future specialists.
