On February 11, 2026, a STEM exhibition was held in the shelter of KhNATOB for the Day of Women and Girls in Science.
Science is not only textbooks, it is drive, experiments and real products that change the world. As part of the initiative “Women in Science – 2026”, our incredible Svitlana Ivanivna Avina, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances, Catalysis and Ecology, proved: being a scientist is stylish and promising!
In 2026, we are not just talking about “equal rights”, we see the real impact of women on the development of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and green technologies.
Svitlana Ivanivna presented the educational programs of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Chemical Technologies and Engineering to future applicants. It was not just a lecture, but a real immersion in the profession.
Let the examples of Marie Curie and modern Ukrainian women scientists inspire us not to stop. The world becomes better when there is a place for bold ideas and tireless curiosity!
Students of lyceums and gymnasiums from all corners of indomitable Kharkiv gathered together to see science in action. The most active participants went home not only with new knowledge, but also with gifts to commemorate this day.
We believe that among these teenagers there are future leaders of the chemical industry of Ukraine. Thank you Svetlana Ivanovna for the energy and professionalism that ignite hearts!
