TECHNOLOGY OF CHEMICAL DEPOSITION OF THIN FILMS OF CADMIUM SULPHIDE

A technology has been developed to produce thin films of cadmium sulphide on metal and non-metallic materials with the ability to control the physical and chemical properties of the films.
The proposed technology allows:
– to create photovoltaic cells with an area of more than a square metre and a cost of electricity generated up to 12 times lower.
– to produce inexpensive photoresist sensors for monitoring the illumination of domestic and industrial premises.
– create electronic elements with a photomemory effect.
– create sensors for automatic control of production processes.
