On 10 December 2025, an important event took place – an online meeting between students of the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances, Catalysis and Ecology of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” and representatives of employers from leading enterprises and organisations in the scientific, technological (State Institution State Research and Design Institute of Basic Chemistry) and pharmaceutical sectors (pharmaceutical company Zdorovye). The purpose of the event was to familiarise students with current trends in the development of the chemical industry and environmental and pharmaceutical technologies; to provide an opportunity for direct communication with potential employers; and to promote the formation of career goals and professional skills. During the meeting, company representatives talked about current projects, requirements for young professionals, and employment prospects; students had the opportunity to ask questions and learn about internships and opportunities for cooperation. The meeting became a useful platform for dialogue between education, science, and business. Students received practical advice on building a career, and employers had the opportunity to meet future specialists who already demonstrate a high level of knowledge and motivation. Such events confirm that the Department of Chemical Technology of Inorganic Substances, Catalysis and Ecology of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” actively supports students in their professional development and creates conditions for a successful career start.
