International activity
Following the order of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Ukraine No. 1213 of 06.11.2018 “On granting access to electronic scientific databases to higher education institutions and scientific institutions under the management of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine” at the university, students of higher education have the right to access electronic scientific databases SCOPUS, Web of Science.
According to the internationalization strategy of the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”, students have the right to:
- for language training
- student mobility
- participation in joint educational programs
- involvement in scientific research work on international topics
In 2024, the head of the department Dmytro Gapon completed an international internship at Collegium Civitas under the program “Internationalization of education. New and innovative methods of education. Implementation of international educational projects in the EU financial perspective.
In 2023, Danylo Korzh, a 2nd-year student of the department, became a participant in the DSG2 (Deutschsprachige Studiengänge 2) program – a double degree program for bachelors.
After 4 years of successful studies, he has the opportunity to receive two bachelor’s degrees – Kharkiv Polytechnic and OVGU.
In 2022, the master of the department successfully defended a double degree under the DSG (Deutschsprachige Studiengänge) program – a double degree program for masters.
