In November 2024, as part of the department’s career guidance activities, the faculty members of the Department of Technology of Ceramics, Refractories, Glass, and Enamels conducted the following events:

• November 11: An online meeting with 11th-grade students of the Municipal Institution “Kharkiv Lyceum No. 60” of the Kharkiv City Council.
• Meetings with the administration and parents of 11th-grade applicants from the Municipal Institution “Pisochyn Lyceum” of the Pisochyn Village Council, Kharkiv District, Kharkiv Region, and the Municipal Institution “Kharkiv Lyceum No. 62” of the Kharkiv City Council. These meetings addressed the current realities of the admission process and the advantages of enrolling at NTU “KhPI.”
• Preparation of a research paper for the Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine with Margarita Serhiyivna Bondarenko, a 9th-grade student of Kharkiv Lyceum No. 167 of the Kharkiv City Council. The topic of the work was “Determining the Key Quality Indicators of Water from Natural Water Sources in Kharkiv.” The research was supervised by teacher T.F. Ploskonenko and NTU “KhPI” professor O.M. Borysenko.
