On June 24, 2020, the final round of the second season of the educational scholarship program CIG R&D LAB, organized by Chernovetskyi Investment Group (CIG), was held at NTU “KhPI”. The finalists—six student teams selected from 33 initially submitted applications—presented their startups to the expert panel.
Following the project presentations, the jury selected the two best startups: the AI-powered psychological chatbot “Elomia” and the project “Space Ceramic” (a technology for producing premium construction ceramics with decorative metallic coating), in which students and Professor L.P. Shchukina from our department were directly involved.
The winning teams will receive investments of 250,000 UAH from CIG to further develop their startups.
