On October 31, 2025, Professor Oksana Borysenko from the Department of Ceramic, Refractory, Glass, and Enamel Technologies at NTU “KhPI” delivered an online popular science lecture titled “Ceramics of the Future: From a Clay Pot to a Spaceship.”
The event took place within the framework of the autumn online project “Holidays with Polytech: 140 Years of Innovation – Celebrating the Anniversary of NTU ‘KhPI’.”
During the lecture, participants learned about the evolution of ceramic materials — from ancient clay products to modern high-tech ceramics used in aviation, medicine, and space technology.
